In November 2025, Argentina experienced an increase in its trade surplus, expanding to $2.50 billion from the previous year's $1.28 billion. The rise in exports, which grew by 24.1% to reach $8.10 billion, played a significant role in this development. This growth was largely propelled by an impressive 87.1% rise in the export of primary products, alongside a 52.8% increase in fuels and energy, and a 14.5% uptick in industrial manufactured goods. Conversely, exports of agricultural manufactured products saw a slight decline of 0.4%. On the import side, there was a 6.6% overall growth to $5.60 billion. This was mainly driven by a notable 68.1% increase in passenger car imports and a 23.6% rise in consumer goods. Imports of capital goods grew by 13.1%, while fuels and lubricants saw a 12.9% increase. However, imports of parts and accessories for capital goods fell by 13.4%, and intermediate goods saw a decrease of 4.1%.
